Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply when you use this informational website.

Effective date
October 24, 2026
Last updated
October 24, 2026

1. Website operator and scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of https://www.thelodestonegroup.com/ and informational pages that expressly link to them (the "Website"). The Website is operated by The Lodestone Group, LLC ("Lodestone," "we," "us," or "our"). Our business mailing address is PO Box 14823, Springfield, MO 65814, United States.

The Website presents information about our services, experience, products, and potential engagements. These Terms apply to Website use to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. Where a feature requires affirmative acceptance of terms, we will request it before you use that feature.

If you submit information for an organization, you must have authority to disclose it and to make any commitment expressly requested by the relevant feature. Browsing the Website alone does not make you your organization's authorized contracting representative.

2. Separate consulting and product agreements

Browsing the Website, preparing a brief, requesting a quote, or discussing a potential project does not create a consulting engagement or oblige either party to proceed. Work begins only under the applicable written agreement accepted by authorized representatives.

Consulting, implementation, development, integration, support, and managed services are governed by the relevant master services agreement, statement of work, order form, and any agreed confidentiality or data-processing terms. Software, applications, subscriptions, and hosted services are governed by their applicable license, subscription, or service terms. Those agreements control their subject matter and prevail over these Terms if there is a conflict.

3. Packages, pricing, and delivery information

Published Quick Start packages, example scopes, prices, estimates, timelines, and availability describe potential offerings and may be updated. They are invitations to discuss an engagement, rather than binding offers. Final scope, deliverables, prerequisites, customer responsibilities, fees, taxes, expenses, and delivery dates must be confirmed in the applicable written agreement.

Salesforce subscriptions, third-party licenses, usage charges, ongoing support, and work outside the agreed scope are included only where that agreement expressly says so. Delivery estimates depend on agreed scope, access, data readiness, customer decisions, and other prerequisites. Changes to Website information do not amend an existing signed agreement.

4. Permitted use and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may access the Website and download or print reasonable portions for your internal evaluation of our offerings. Keep copyright, attribution, and other proprietary notices intact. A downloadable resource with separate license terms remains subject to those terms.

The Website and its text, graphics, layout, designs, software, and other materials are owned by Lodestone or the relevant licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted or allowed by law, you may not republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from those materials without the relevant rights holder's permission. Website use does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the permission stated here.

Customer names, product names, company names, logos, and other marks belong to their respective owners. Mentioning a customer, platform, or provider does not grant a license to use its marks or materials.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Website lawfully and respect others' rights. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls, impersonate another person, submit information you have no right to disclose, or use the Website for fraud, harassment, or unlawful communications.

You must not use automated requests to materially disrupt the Website, defeat technical restrictions, or unlawfully collect personal information. Ordinary search-engine indexing and uses protected by law are not prohibited by this provision. We may restrict activity where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, individuals, or legal rights.

6. Inquiries and materials you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful disclosure of information you provide. Submit only information reasonably needed for your request and obtain appropriate authority before disclosing another person's or organization's information.

You retain ownership of your materials. You permit us to receive, store, review, and use them to evaluate and respond to your request and manage any resulting relationship, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. This permission does not authorize public disclosure of your confidential business information or unrelated commercialization of your materials.

An ordinary website inquiry does not establish a nondisclosure agreement. Do not send access credentials, regulated data, customer production records, or commercially sensitive materials until appropriate arrangements and a secure channel are in place. An existing confidentiality or customer agreement continues to govern information within its scope.

Where the brief tool prepares an email, review its recipient and contents and send it from your email application. A copied brief or unsent draft is not a completed inquiry to Lodestone.

7. Privacy and consent

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies and the choices available through Cookie Preferences. Using the Website, accepting these Terms, or sending an inquiry is not consent to optional tracking, unrelated marketing, or a Salesforce referral. We request any required permission separately.

8. Salesforce and other third parties

Lodestone provides its consulting services and products independently. Salesforce is a separate company and is not a party to your agreement with Lodestone. References to Salesforce products identify technologies with which our offerings work; they do not authorize Lodestone to bind Salesforce or make commitments on its behalf.

Partner status, individual certifications, and marketplace listings have the scope assigned by their issuer. They do not guarantee a particular project outcome or the suitability of an offering for your requirements. Salesforce and other third-party services are subject to their own applicable agreements and charges.

Salesforce, Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft, and other Salesforce product names are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Other product names, company names, and marks belong to their respective owners.

The Website may link to external websites, platforms, or resources. Their providers control their content, performance, terms, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions except where applicable law or our written agreement makes us responsible.

9. Examples, demonstrations, and AI information

Articles, case studies, demonstrations, architecture diagrams, and other Website content provide general information. They do not replace an agreed discovery and design process, and results from one engagement do not guarantee results in another environment.

AI-related examples, including Agentforce scenarios, may illustrate technology that can produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs. Review outputs and proposed actions in the context of the intended use. Project-specific permissions, human oversight, testing, acceptance, and responsibilities must be addressed in the applicable agreement. This section does not reduce an express obligation we have accepted in that agreement.

10. Availability and warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the informational Website is provided as available, without implied warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This provision does not exclude an express warranty in a separate agreement or a warranty that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may maintain, modify, or suspend parts of the Website for reasonable operational, security, business, or legal reasons. A Website change does not reduce obligations already accepted under a separate customer agreement.

11. Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lodestone will not be liable under these Website Terms for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use this informational Website. This exclusion applies only to the extent the relevant loss may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

Responsibility for paid services, software, confidentiality, or customer data processing is determined by the applicable separate agreement and governing law. These Terms do not reduce a right granted by that agreement.

12. Disputes

These Terms do not limit mandatory protections or any right to bring proceedings in a forum that applicable law makes available. Disputes concerning these Website Terms may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. Dispute-resolution provisions in a separate customer or product agreement govern disputes within that agreement's scope.

You may contact us to seek an informal resolution; doing so is not a condition to exercising a protected legal right.

13. Changes and general provisions

We may revise these Terms by posting a new version and date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. Where affirmative acceptance of a material change is required, we will obtain it. An update does not retroactively waive an accrued claim or amend an existing customer agreement.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of later enforcement. These Terms govern the Website only and do not create an agency, employment, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to The Lodestone Group, LLC at info@thelodestonegroup.com, +1 417-815-0133, or PO Box 14823, Springfield, MO 65814, United States.
