Symbrosia
A Salesforce foundation for CPQ, intake, and climate-tech customer data.
Symbrosia needed Salesforce to bring early sales activity, website intake, customer records, product configuration, and legacy HubSpot/MongoDB data into a more coherent operating model.

Operating challenge
The company was starting fresh in Salesforce while needing to preserve historical business data and plan for CPQ. The work had to account for web-to-lead, Google Workspace email capture, lead and opportunity stages, product and price book setup, quote rules, payment and signature options, and analytics.
What Lodestone shaped
- Outlined a Sales Cloud quick-start with users, web-to-lead routing, default ownership, Einstein Activity Capture, lead lifecycle, opportunity stages, list views, security, and object customizations.
- Scoped CPQ configuration across products, price books, pricing rules, product rules, quote documents, approvals, renewals, amendments, reporting, and dashboards.
- Planned a one-time migration of key MongoDB and HubSpot data into Salesforce so sales and marketing could work from historical context.
Resulting direction
- The team had a cleaner path from website interest to qualified opportunity and quote activity.
- Product and pricing complexity could be handled in Salesforce rather than scattered across old systems.
- Migration, CPQ, payments, signatures, and reporting were organized into phases instead of treated as one large unknown.
