Redcom needed a focused Salesforce support engagement to import contact data, transfer contact ownership, and prepare a second phase of data cleanup for construction and vendor relationships.
Operating challenge
The immediate work was deliberately narrow: two CSV imports, mass transfer of contact ownership, preserving the date a user met each contact, and setting up a follow-on cleanup/recovery pass for Christmas card contacts.

- Imported two contact CSV files into Salesforce for the Redcom team.
- Transferred contact records from one Salesforce owner to another in bulk so relationship ownership matched the team structure.
- Mapped met-date context into contact descriptions and framed a second cleanup phase for recovered and holiday-card contact data.
Resulting direction
- Contact ownership became cleaner without turning a small data project into unnecessary platform redesign.
- Relationship context from the source files was preserved where available.
- The next data-quality phase had a defined follow-up path instead of an open-ended cleanup request.
