ABC Franchise Group
A Salesforce platform for launching new fast-casual concepts without an expensive CRM rebuild with every new franchise.
ABC Franchise Group needed Salesforce to support I Heart Mac & Cheese while making room for Pilar Coffee Bar, Cheese Lover's Kitchen, and future concepts under a newly formed parent company.

Operating challenge
Adding Pilar as a new concept was at risk of costing nearly as much as the original CRM implementation for I Heart Mac & Cheese. The group needed a scalable architecture where new restaurant brands could be added over time without heavy lifts, duplicated systems, or messy visibility rules.
What Lodestone shaped
- Reframed Salesforce as a parent-company platform for many concepts, not a one-brand CRM.
- Used record types, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing/visibility settings so users could work across the right concepts without exposing or mixing the wrong data.
- Configured territory, location-status, status-change, task, alert, and lead-intake patterns that could extend to future brands as ABC Franchise Group grew.
Resulting direction
- ABC gained a repeatable Salesforce pattern for launching new fast-casual concepts under the same operating umbrella.
- The cost and effort of adding future concepts dropped because the org could scale through configuration instead of another full CRM implementation.
- Sales, marketing, operations, purchasing, construction, and leadership teams gained clearer access patterns for the brands and locations they actually touched.
